Grant Opportunity: Oregon Catholic Press

July 22, 2009

Oregon Catholic Press is a self-supporting, not-for-profit, Catholic publishing company that was founded over 80 years ago to provide Catholics and non-Catholics alike with information about the Church and the activities of its educational and charitable institutions.

One important initiative of OCP is its unique Parish Grants program, which provides direct financial assistance to enhance the worship experience of Roman Catholic parishes in the United States.  It is an annual program and the number and amount of grants authorized by the Board of OCP vary from year to year. Any Roman Catholic parish in the United States may apply for an OCP Parish Grant. The only restriction is that the purpose be linked to liturgy and/or music. A parish does not have to use an OCP worship program to qualify for a grant.
